Vehicle Supply and Financing
Siva Kugathas has 19 ServiceMaster Clean territories nationwide, spanning Scotland to Brighton. The business offers multiple commercial cleaning services to industries including schools, medical, restaurants and offices.
With a fleet of over 40 vehicles, Siva acquired a franchise in Inverness five months ago and needed vehicles to support this.
“Since starting the business in Guildford seven years ago, we’ve become the biggest franchise in the ServiceMaster Clean network,” he says.
“I met Jason, the Head of Key Accounts, at just the right time when I was looking to add more vehicles.”
“From talking to Capital Fleet, I instantly felt they were professional and knew their stuff. I was right. Not only have they helped me with the vehicles, I’ve now changed the way I buy vehicles, which has helped enormously.”
By changing the finance option he uses, Siva has enabled a more cost-efficient flow of vehicles through the business.
“With managers passing their vehicles down to our cleaners and a finance option to support this, we are using our fleet more effectively, with a more financially balanced result.”
“Capital Fleet Solutions has been fantastic throughout,” adds Siva.
“It is very much a one-stop-shop. We told them the problem, and they gave us advice and a solution that worked for us.”
“Any issues were sorted out quickly and efficiently. Everyone has been superb, and they have never let us down.”
Siva’s advice for other franchises is clear: “Let the specialists do the work they know best. We wouldn’t ask them to run a ServiceMaster Clean franchise, so why wouldn’t we use specialists to help us find the best option for us in terms of our vehicle strategy?”
“Using Capital Fleet has taken the hassle away, allowing me more time to run my business and focus on the important things we need. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to procure vans or vehicles in a simple and hassle-free way.”
