Background
Paul started in consumer finance in 1988 with Beneficial Bank taking a degree in Consumer Credit at the OU supported by the bank, moving into business finance with Bank of Scotland in 1996. After 6 years in business finance, in 2002, moved to Complete Vehicle Management to create an asset finance team, over time rising to General Manager.
Staying with CVM for 16 years rising to Director level in 2016 overseeing all corporate and compliance activities. In August 2018 Capital Fleet Solutions was formed as a Finance and Leasing broker serving the business market for their vehicle supply and financing needs.
